| We enjoyed our stay very much and were delighted that the pantry and
fridge were stocked with snacks and foods our kids eat. Our two young
children loved the bins of toys and books and were happy they could watch
their favorite shows on cable. The home was very clean and organized upon
our arrival and we used the guide book quite a bit to find places to eat and
things to do. We loved that the beach was a short walk and the bay was close
enough to walk to also. We walked out every night to see the sun set over
the water. We enjoyed eating breakfast at Olives, their chocolate chip
pancakes are delicious! The staff was very friendly at all the local
restaurants we ate at. This house is right in the middle of everything and a
short drive to the zoo, park, downtown, and 40 minutes to Legoland. Thank

| We are so impressed with your place and every little detail, that even
though we don't have children I wanted to tell you how wonderful it is to
see a vacation rental set up with such care, thoughtfulness and love. It's
amazing. We've been here only 5 days, with 25 more to go and we are so very

| Thank you for the gift basket. We had such a wonderful time at your
beach house. My sisters and I get together every two years for a week and
this was by far the best Sister Trip we have had. We enjoyed shopping in the
morning and sunning on the beach in the afternoon. The house was convenient

| We had a great time on our vacation at the beach house. I loved the
fire pit. We enjoyed roasting hot dogs & making s'mores. Then just
chatting around the fire pit. We enjoyed eating at Nick's for
dinner, & the Mission for breakfast was fabulous! The beach was great
& we got to see some dolphins (at least their fins)! The people there
were all very friendly.

| Our sister trip to San Diego was one of the best vacations I have had.
The beach and beach house was wonderful and very relaxing. I
did not want to return to Missouri and the 100 degree weather here.
There is so much to do in San Diego! You will not hear many women
say they were tired of shopping, but we shopped until we were worn
out so I don't think I will be shopping anytime soon! I can't

| Our San Diego vacation was amazing, due in large part to having such a
wonderful place to stay. When we were looking for a house, we were concerned
about finding something big enough, close enough to the beach, and also
within close walking distance to places we could eat and drink and also
bring our kids. The location of the house completely satisfied these
concerns. Everything we needed for a great vacation was within steps.
The house was immaculate, well-organized and stocked with everything.
Our 2 year old son enjoyed the toys so much that we had to convince him to

wonderful. We loved that we could go out for the day and then just stroll
down to the beach for a swim when we got back. We have two small children
and the fact that the house was stocked with everything we might need made

| The beach house on Ostend Court was just perfect for our family.
There were seven family members, including our two young grandsons and we
never felt cramped. The bedrooms were set up perfectly for our
needs. We appreciated all the thought that was put into making
this beach house feel like our own home. The kitchen was
beautiful and a pleasure to use. We also enjoyed sitting in the back
and using the grill several times. The location is close to Sea
World, San Diego Zoo, LegoLand, Seaport Village, etc. and of
course the beautiful beach. The sunsets are beautiful. It
will be a vacation we won't soon forget. We would recommend this
lovely home to anyone.

We have rented many homes along Mission beach, but yours is really the
first where I (particularly) truly felt as though I could completely relax.
You had amenities that made us feel as if you really wanted us there
(supplies "just in cast") and we didn't feel worried that, if we
needed something, we would have to run to Ralph's twenty times in order to
have just basic necessities. What a pleasant surprise! Even as we were
preparing to depart, we were relaxed, which isn't always the case with a

| Your rental is distinctly different than any we have ever rented. We
usually pack a load of items such as beach toys, chairs, movies, etc. Once
we complete our five-hour drive, we unpack and head to Ralph’s to buy our
groceries for the week. This usually makes our first day a very tiring
experience. It is apparent that you went above and beyond in your
consideration of guests’ needs. For the first time, we were able to arrive
in
San Diego
, park the car in the garage, grab some beach equipment and head to the
beach. Rather than running to Ralph’s, we made dinner with the
stocked food and relaxed. This start to our vacation after a long drive made
all the difference in the world. Our first evening, the kids went upstairs
and played with the toys and really enjoyed the bunk beds in the “children’s”
room. We were also able to shower and relax because you thought to
have the bathrooms stocked with amenities. We didn’t make it to Ralph’s
until our third day at which point we were a little beached out and ready
for some grocery shopping.
Your thoughts regarding your guests’ enjoyment extended in many other
areas. The washer and dryer made washing clothes quick and enjoyable. The
MP3 player in the kitchen allowed us to enjoy music at a quality sound. The
house has apparently been designed with children in mind. We had to do
little to child proof. The style both inside and outside is very clean and
beach-specific. Your dedication to your guests’ enjoyment was
reflective in other areas. The kitchen table is extremely functional. We
were able to all have dinner together but also fold up the table and have
ample room. As a lawyer with my own practice in
Arizona
, email is mandatory for some resemblance of a sense of security. Your
wireless network worked without any issues and was easy to access.
Most helpful were the two binders stored in the kitchen cabinet next to the
microwave. Any questions we had whether it be how to work the fireplace, the
internet, heater, television and cable, where to get Sushi or simply order
pizza were easily answered by the well-organized and straightforward
information in the binders. This was a nice luxury.
Many people have asked how my vacation went. I tell them
“exceptional” because I was able to spend every minute talking,
laughing, laying around or just being with my wife and kids. I would have
not had near as much quality time had it not been for your consideration for
your guests’ every need – both apparent and less obvious. We thank you.

This home has everything. It's beautifully furnished with every
amenity plus a GREAT location!
Arriving from outside California you have a pleasant drive of less than 20
minutes from San Diego Int'l Airport. Access to the home is a breeze... the
secure entry system allows immediate entry on your schedule. Go inside, drop
your suitcases and start your vacation. The home is fully stocked with more
than your basic needs. You'll be amazed as to what the owners have
thoughtfully provided for you. Just as we had hoped we were steps away from
the beach, restaurants, water sports and rentals. If you can tear
yourself away, then San Diego and attractions are a short easy drive from
the home.
Another guest's comments indicated that they were a family with young
children. Our family included our sons who are in their twenties and their
friends. No reservations -- a great time was had by all!

everything, then this is the place. A beautiful new home with everything you
could ask for. As you can see from the pictures on the web page it
is very nicely decorated both inside and out. We BBQ'd fresh fish

absolutely wonderful. The location is great, just steps away from the
